I came across this song tonight and it brought back memories of the trip.  When you see the paintings you'll see it pretty much as it looks on the path.  Very cool.

New Challenge

I was browsing Daily Mile and signed up for a challenge.  To complete 700 miles by the end of the year.  I already have  267 miles completed.  Now, how might I achieve the rest of it?  It's going to take some real effort considering that I only started this whole thing as a training tool for the C&O Canal Towpath. 

 With that said, I have 433 miles to go and about 5 months to do it.  That's totally doable!  Wanna join me? You can also friend me on dailymile!!

Okay. i'm on it..  Only problem is, I am still experiencing Cyclist Palsy :0(
